After responding to a print ad, an appointment was set up a couple days later. Blake (service / sales) was very thorough in evaluating the electrical and measurements and answer all my questions. Then gave me pricing “on the spot” for three units (being up up north), I purchased the lowest priced unit.) 5 days later 2 tech’s showed up as scheduled and went straight to work with the installation. I must say I was very impressed with them. They were very respectful, attentive to my questions and worked through lunch to get the job done. Having been in the construction business and owning multiple companies I must say, they were exemplary employees. Without reservation, I give the entire process five stars and would highly recommend them!!
we purchased a brand-new 5 ton unit for our home, a $9000.0 top of the line Amana, thinking we had made the right choice in choosing AC1 as our go to company. little did we know that our brand-new unit was going to take a dump a year and 4 months later. the response we received from AC1 was that of a response you get from a used car sales rep. they are not responsible for the performance of the unit, and if anything goes wrong with it! it is your responsibility to pay for the labor! none of these items were ever mentioned during our buying process. long story short! we asked AC1 to order the part and have them install it. their reply was the part was going to take 3 weeks to arrive and $765.0 dollars to install it. 3 weeks in the Florida summer heat! imagine that? that was the last we heard from AC1! we managed to contact a small mom and pops AC company and in less then 3 days we had our AC back up and running and for only $375.0 the moral of the story is " Buy from a smaller AC company because they depend on customer satisfaction to survive, were as bid companies such as AC1 don't care because they have large selling power, just like a used car sales company"

I contracted with AC1 to install a replacement HVAC system and to provide ongoing maintenance for our new system. From the initial contact for estimation with Josh, through all phases of the installation, I have been very impressed with AC1. Everyone we have worked with has been professional, courteous, and extremely responsive. When an appointment is scheduled, you receive a text notifying you of the name of the AC1 employee you will be dealing with and that he is on the way. For each appointment, they were on time. When work completes, you receive another text notification when they depart. Our installers, Brent and Youssel, were excellent. They worked diligently to get everything just right. When we discovered that some additional dry wall work would be required in order to complete the installation, they were flexible and focused their work in another area while the necessary additional work, which was not their responsibility, was completed. They never complained even though it was evident this unplanned work would delay them. They stayed overtime to finish the work which was very much appreciated. During permit inspection, the county official said "it makes my job easier when people work with high quality, professional companies. The company that installed this system for you did an excellent job". Our new system is running great. I highly recommend AC1!
Quinn was excellent again, I was glad to see him! He was on time, professional and even looked at the other units on my house and fixed an existing issue for me with a smile. Highly recommend this company.
