Going to the dentist is my least favorite thing to do, but entire team at Advanced Dental Care makes going to the dentist that much easier for me. I had not been to the dentist in several years and then found myself in the middle of a dental emergency. I did not have a dentist so I randomly picked Dr. Purcell…and I am so glad I did! He is so very personable and easy to talk to and very knowledgeable! He takes his time with all of his patients. Dr. Purcell is absolutely wonderful and I cannot say enough great things about him! I now have to go every three months for periodontal maintenance and my hygienist, Danielle, is also amazing! She is always on time and makes me feel so comfortable during these cleanings that I still hate They all have to be doing something right because I have yet to cancel any appointments (and I have had a lot of them) and I keep going back. Thank you to everyone at Advanced Dental Care. From the moment that I walk in the door to the time that I leave, thank you again, to everyone for making all of my experiences positive ones!!!!!
Great experience! I had been going to a different Dentist. That Dentist said suddenly that I needed an over $500 deep clean and my gums suddenly had 5's. Three months earlier I had seen the Dr. and everything was fine. I knew I did not trust this office. Dr. Percell checked my teeth and gums and said everything was just fine. He discussed his findings and I trust what he says. I am so thankful I switched Dentists.
Advanced Dental Care of Lakewood Ranch is fantastic. Every staff member that I have had an interaction with was positive. Always pleasant and professional. I have been working with Dr. Milone on a treatment plan for my periodontal issues and he is amazing! Clear, transparent and thorough. If you are looking for periodontal treatment I would highly recommend you give them a visit.
I had some periodontal surgery done a few days ago by Dr Malone and what a great experience it was. I was a little nervous about the procedure but was completely surprised how painless the whole procedure was. Dr Malone and his assistant made the whole experience more tolerable and comforting through great conversation even though I couldn't participate in it. They are quite a professional team that puts you at ease during a surgical procedure. Highly recommended!
I was a new patient and I was treated with the utmost care and kindness from the minute I came thur the front door. All the staff was so kind, Heather, Kimberly and Dr. K. There were two other ladies helping too, that were very kind. I was seen in a reasonable time and even though it was a job for an Oral surgeon, they took care of the needs I needed at that moment. And had a referral for me when I left and antibiotics called in. Thank you to all of you.
