The staff and doctor were able to see me in an emergency situation. They did an amazing job to see me and to address my problem. I was so grateful to have the help when I needed it and found a great dentist and hygienist as a bonus. I recommended them very highly.
Service (Staff/Doctors) are wonderful. Very personable and made me extremely comfortable from the beginning to end of my process. Only thing negative: Seems hard to get through to speak to someone when I contact the office directly.
I was really disappointed with the way my wife was treated today at Aspen Dental. We waited for a very long time and we were still not seen. They wanted her to make a payment and they didn’t even know why she was paying. We have insurance and Should not pay and I was seen a week before and paid nothing. They called the insurance and apparently our insurance wasn’t on file. They easily could have called ahead of time to make sure we had our insurance in the system before driving all the way there. My wife was explaining to her how she felt about their services and we left very upset with how they treated us. I drove my wife to her appointment because she is pregnant and they stressed her out very much. I wasn’t happy with how they treated her or us. They called us back the same hour and told us we can no longer come to their office because we treated their staff in a “disgusting manner.” This isn’t the way you treat customers especially when this is the second time this happens when she visits and isn’t seen. Not happy!
Paid $3500 deposit on a dental implant. Was not informed that bone graft they had to use had possibility of failing. It did indeed fail, and I was out of $3500. Had I known the failure rate for bone grafts, I would have never opted for an implant. Also, after the bone graft failed, I was advised that my sinuses were too low and a graft would perforate it. Was recommended to go to oral surgeon to have sinus over proposed implant lifted so they could try again, which would be another $$$$ to oral surgeon and to Aspen. Nope. Will go to a different dental office where I am better informed about risks and benefits of procedures. Very expensive lesson
UPDATE - As of 7/7/2023 I have called several times. The representative told me that she has submitted the ticket to refund my deposit. What she can do is to submit another ticket. More than a month has passed, I still have not received my refund. This is not acceptable. I was asked to pay about $300 deposit for an appointment. I was told that I'll get refund if I cancel the appointment. I cancelled my appointment and they told me they have issued the refund and I should receive it in 5 business days. I did not received my refund. I called and they told me they did not issue the refund. They did not say sorry, did not apology. They told me they will issue refund and I need to wait for another 5 business days. They actually withdraw the money from your credit card, not pending transaction, even they have not done anything. So be aware.
