Had a great time at Brio last night with a group of eight. The good was great, but it's the service that prompted me to write this review. Carolina was great. She was so sweet with our two year old and she was attentive to everyone in our party. Of course, we come for the food but it's good service and fun like this that makes memories. Sure hope we get Carolina next time we come.
Well we didn't plan to eat here. My wife wanted the Cheesecake factory. Luckily for us their service suck. So we gave it a try to Brio and let me tell you it was the best decision. We had a large party and within minutes we were seated. Our waitress I believe her name is Carolina was exceptional. No only was friendly she was able to handle our party and the service was flawless. We will definitely come back. Shame on the competition. You should see your neighbors so you can learn something.
Stopped by during happy hour. The drinks were very good!! The appetizers were also great. The bar area did fill-up quickly and the outside area isn't really covered from the sun, so we were given the opportunity to sit at the pizza bar, which was very nice and relaxing. I would definitely recommend the happy hour and I do plan to return.
Very friendly staff but very noisy inside in spite of it not being very crowded. The food was good and hot when it got to the table. My salmon was well cooked and I enjoyed my meal. My husband's chopped salad was average. His flatbread pizza good but not great. Portion size is generous. Overall we enjoyed our quick meal before we had to get on the road.
Alex did a really good job as our waiter, and the food was very good. My better half had shrimp and eggplant (have them put the sauce on the side if you like the eggplant crispy instead of soggy). I enjoyed the flat bread, that had a cracker thin crust, just the way I like it. Couple of bloody Marys rounded out a lovely meal. 😎
