I called and scheduled a backflow inspection as your tag was on the water lever. Your notice indicated it could be 3 to 4 weeks before it was done. I received a nasty letter from the county because it had not been inspected after 4 weeks.. Because of letter and the fact that it had been 4 weeks and 4 days since I requested service, I called Accurate yesterday as I had not heard from you. They completed the test the same day before I had a chance to call and cancel.
I had them out to check the backflow and a few days later there is a hugh leak. I called them and they were not nice. Told be I would have to pay them before they came out to repair it and that I needed to send them pictures first. Then they told me it was 4 to 6 weeks before they would look at it. I have no idea how they stay in business doing this. Don't use them!
I scheduled our Company's Backflow a month out. They never came and when I called a few weeks after the appointment date they admitted they see the ticket but that they never assigned anyone to the job. Now they won't come out because the county issued us a late notice. Casey's did however show up to do the buildings on either side of us. Very disappointing!
I needed to fix a small leak in a backflaw valve. Casey's had me prepay $299 for a service within 7 days and even when the technician did not replace anything and spent just 10 minutes cleaning the valve they did not give me any money back. Fool me once...
Customer service is non-existent. I tried to schedule service, then I was told they were too busy and it would be a a long time before they could come out. I was concerned that i could miss the County's deadline and called another service. Then I called Casey's Backflow and left a voice mail for them not to come out because I got it done by Accurate Backflow. Casey's Backflow came out weeks later anyway, removed the tag Accurate Backflow left and put their tag on. I had to call repeatedly to reach a person to talk to, and finally reached someone and I was told that their invoice MUST be paid. I tried to be reasonable and offered to pay half the amount they asked for, but they insisted I need to pay the invoice in full. In order to avoid my credit score being possibly affected negatively I paid the full amount.
