***2021.10 update. Haven’t been to this location in some time but ordered my normal steak bowl. The server gave me the smallest steak portion I’ve ever had at any Chipotle….less than half a spoonful. I asked if I could get a full serving and she responded that that’s what I received. I challenged it and she gave me another half spoon. At least the food had good flavor. Hopefully this was just a bad server and not management trying to keep costs down by shorting the servings. *** Update...Chipotle now has a separate line to accommodate call in and online orders. I’m glad they figured out how aggravating holding up the line to prep online orders was to customers. A mainstay allowing you to get a healthy meal at a reasonable price. Usually longer lines with a 15 minute wait. Their practice of holding up the line to make call in and internet orders is a pain.
So bad experience, never going again that business, that employee need good training.
I'm done with Chipotle. We used to eat this place all the time, we wont ever go back. The wait time is horrendous. We ordered on the app ahead of time. Said order would be done at 8PM.....8:30PM, no-one has even started working on it yet. They said corporate has control over the wait times.....what? How does corporate know the order flow and how busy the store is. We are done. Horrible customer service
The staff at this location is horrible. Make sure you read the recent reviews before even thinking about ordering from here. I had a pick up at 9:10pm tonight. When I showed up 5 minutes early they told me I still had 4 minutes to wait. After waiting a girl asked my name then said my order was stolen. I said how does my order get stolen?? She responds saying they can’t watch everybody that comes in the store. The store was empty besides 2 other customers that were having food made!! I asked for a refund and while waiting for that I see a girl dump a bag of food on the table that appeared to be my order. It looked like it was spilled inside the bag. She threw it away with half the food spilled all over the table. I said that’s funny because it looks like my order right there. They started speaking in Spanish so I couldn’t understand while laughing. This was very unprofessional and I won’t be coming back. Edit: After getting home I realize they refunded the wrong order so I called to talk to a manager who refused to give me her name. After explaining what happened the only concern she had was that they weren’t even supposed to refund online orders at the store so she would talk to them about that. I will continue to call until I reach someone who actually seems like a real manager because I’m not sure the person on the phone was. Avoid this location.
Another useless franchise, geezer, how difficult is to make a decent burro? The only thing going is the place cleanliness
