This is a really nice gym! It’s clean with a great variety of machines and a very good free weight area. The staff is super nice! My only issue, which took away a star, is they play the music for their classes WAY too loud! I can’t even cover it up with my Beats! Overall, this place helps you consistently get great gains!
I have to give a shout out for trainer Nick Hamad. He is the best! I've been working with him for a short while and I love his attitude, support, knowledge and his encouragement. He spent time finding out what I wanted and is pushing me to succeed. I highly recommend him and if you're looking for a trainer whose dedicated, Nick is your guy!
My first visit there. Overall great facility, great staff and quality machines. The only downside was air handling... Was about 5F too warm, and was surprising as it was not that busy. Hopefully they correct that with the new expansion.
I purchased a membership and was charged full price for initiation, annual fee and first months payment, 9 days they had a special to join for 5 cents with no initiation and annual fee. I asked them if they would honor that since I just joined. They refused. Any honorable business would honor that if it was in 14 days of purchase. So I asked to cancel. They refused to cancel my account while I was there until I paid $109 more for the 3 months under contract (apparently fine print). In addition, their gym is always packed where you often have to wait for equipment (am/afternoon/pm....doesn't matter). Deceptive business practices. Check the other one star reviews and find another gym. I sure wish I did.
I would say this location of crunch that I signed up at is undoubtably the WORST crunch I have ever been to. The front desk was all for signing me up when I walked into the gym. I was told it was $1 to sign up but that I had to pay other fees up front so I ended up paying $20-$30. After this, I got charged an additional $56-60 and I called to inquire about this and they said it was their annual membership fee and that when I signed up someone should have told me about it- nobody did (guess I should have read the fine print). After this I asked to cancel because there is no communication between the employees and me as a member. They told me that I could not cancel over the phone and had to come in to sign off on it AND pay an additional 2 months because they REQUIRE you to be a member for no shorter than 3 months. When I was upset about this and spoke with an employee at the club they told me that if I did not ‘calm down’ that they would hang up on me. I called another local crunch bawling my eyes out and they helped me resolve the issues this location started. In addition to this they are so busy you will never be able to use any equipment. If I could rate this place a 0 I would.
