I would give these guys more then 5 stars Daniel, Davyd and Jacob are the absolute dream team when it comes to flooring. Communication was on point and you get what you pay for!
Highly recommend does not seem like high enough praise. The installation of our floors was done in an exceptional manner. The three young men, Daniel, Jacob and David are true craftsmen. Each and every cut of the trim was perfect. They were professional and truly a pleasure to work with. Our salesman Conor was also exceptional checking in frequently on the progress. Again, the highest of recommendations!!!!!
We found Fairfax Floors of Lakewood Ranch because we wanted to install Mohawk laminated floors in several rooms in our home based on our prior experience with their products. Fairfax is one of only a handful of factory authorized Mohawk dealers in the area. Conor the manager was great to work with, and was able to produce a solid quote in a short period of time with very competitive pricing. The final price also included removal of all old carpet, floor prep, padding, installation, and new threshold and shoe molding - no surprises. Other dealers had attempted to charge an extra markup for these additional services. We especially enjoyed having the crew of Daniel, David, and Jacob to install the floors over several days. They were very polite and responsive to our minimal requests. The floors that were replaced now look great, and the crew did an excellent job of cleanup after the work was finished. Five stars!

Fairfax Floors, the owner Steve and his employees, especially Brian and Victor are absolutely wonderful. They did an excellent job on my tile tear-out and re-flooring with about 1000sf of porcelain tile. We had a few hiccups along the way but they made sure job was done to perfection and 100% to my satisfaction. Their communication, service and attention to detail are exceptional. I will be using them again for my next big project to redo my wood stairs and upstairs flooring. Attached are pics of finished job.
