Dr. Glaser continues to give my family OUTSTANDING medical care. She is courteous, professional, and competent. She listens carefully and genuinely cares for my family. I give her my highest, most enthusiastic recommendation for family health care.
How much MONEY does your front desk personnel (receptionist) cost YOU? I just had an experience with the RECEPTIONIST at (what was supposed to be ) my NEW doctor's office. She wanted my social security number. Recent events in and around Tampa and after careful research I have found BY LAW I am NOT required to provide this piece of information TO ANYONE. This receptionist would have been okay and I would have simply left but after sitting and waiting for an hour and when called having a somewhat "jazzy" conversation with her. She ends with, "Fine there is a $45 no show fee you will be charged" and slams the sliding glass. I depart and as I drive BACK downtown from the suburbs and sit in traffic. I'm thinking she is JUST the damned receptionist why was it so hard for her to be polite, explain the policy or try to compromise. The $45 is not going to compare to the word of mouth, the Google review and the poignant but DIRECT and well written letter I am going to send to the physician about my experience. So those of you who own your own businesses and private practices take heed to the kind of people you have representing you at the front door because they could be the deciding factor on what kind of reputation YOU have. I never even got in to SEE Dr.Glaser because she has a BULL MASTIFF running her front desk. My time is JUST AS precious as the doctor's I arrived 30 MINUTES early and STILL had to WAIT an hour to be treated RUDELY!!!
She is amazing. She takes time with each patient and you never feel rushed. She is caring an honestly I think she is the best
I have been going to Dr. G for several years. I like the fact that she is a doctor/patient office. No nurses to deal with (to get information wrong). I sometimes wish that she was open more days a week. I have had no issues with billing or with appointments since she let all her staff go. Great doctor.
