I came in a as New patient! My over all experiences was great! I was called back the time of my appointment the lady who did my ex-rays was very sweet and made me feel comfortable (which it’s hard for me to be comfortable in at the dentist). The hygienist was very fun and upbeat and gave me great feed back. I will definitely be back!
For a busy office and, on top of that, being short staffed, it was a very efficient process. A busy wait room cleared quickly and wait time was minimal. Also, every staff member who I came in contact with was both friendly and welcoming. Dr. Dinh was kind, thorough and knowledgeable, explaining in an easy to understand way. The entire experience made an otherwise stressful first visit very comfortable.
Dr. Shaffner is an outstanding dentist that I trust. It is remarkable to me that he remembers even small details about my teeth from one visit to the next. And his staff, including Holly THE hygienist, are always giving helpful advice, while being friendly and professional.
Although the office staff has always been a pleasure to deal with, their billing department is non-existent. I have been trying to get them to file a claim with my insurance for over 6 months. They have been given my insurance card multiple times and yet they still have the wrong information listed on my patient profile. They have no one available to speak with in the billing dept. I once stayed on hold for 1 hour until finally leaving my number for a call back. That call back came 6 DAYS LATER. The nice man I spoke with told me that no one ever answers that line, he is the only operator they have, and he spends all day on telephone calls. So he has no time to actually handle your issue. They have now sent me to collections for this matter when they are the ones who won't file the claim properly. I just wish someone would actually talk to me and solve the problem. If they would just submit the claim with the correct insurance information they would be paid!
