Absolutely HORRIBLE Service. I have been trying to get an cleaning appointments for months. Their office manager on state road 70 Evena keeps telling me that the schedule is not out. It's been over three months. She told be to call their corp office. I left them 5 messages no return phone call. Not sure why we are paying for dental coverage if we can't get a simple cleaning schedule. Please do yourself a favor and find another dental group. It looks like some of their 5 star ratings are from internal employees. What's interesting is they get either 1 star or 5 stars. So I will let you figure who are leaving 5 stars for them
Front desk receptionist Ivanna was very rude and unpleasant when I called the office with a question about my appointment. She shushed me multiple times and even began to giggle to vocally and discretely express her lack of care over the phone. Receptionist are the front lines of most businesses and while I liked the actual dentist. Ivanka left an unpleasant representation of the office. Front desk receptionist need to be well rounded and communicate properly she was unprofessional.
The dentists and employee as well as Anna at the front desk are great. The billing department is atrocious. They never call back. I have been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. All they have is an 800 # with a recording to leave a message. They don't take calls, they don't call back and then they will send you to collections. Go figure.
Dr. Violet Laurey and her staff were so kind. They make you feel very comfortable. Very professional, clean and organized office. Dr. Laurey was at another office prior to this one, and I made it a point to follow her to this office and continue my dental care with her and her team. Also, the hygienist is very gentle, and I liked how the assistants recognized me from the other office. This made me feel great about my decision the follow Dr. Violet and her team!
Dr. Segovia is such a delight to work with! She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and has a lovely bedside. My daughter's teeth look amazing post braces! The transformation of her teeth took 24 months. During that time, Dr Segovia has entire staff ( Amanda, Kenya, Sarah, Felipe and Shandi) were welcoming and flexible. Today we are back to get my son's braces on! I am completely confident that the product of their work will be amazing, as it was for my daughter. I highly recommend Dr. Segovia.
