Clean location with a nice lobby. My facial was good. I will ask for the lights to be dimmer next time. This was the first time all the products didn’t smell good. The exfoliation granules smell like cat urine. I also had to ask for my neck to be included in the facial.

I received a gift card for a massage and facial and chose the University location due to convenience. I am so glad I did because my time there was very pleasant and relaxing. My masseuse EJ was just what the doctor ordered and very professional (I definitely will be back to see him). I don't usually do facials but Morgan made it a nice experience and she was also very informative. When I left I was on Cloud 9. I recommend this location and if you want a great massage ask for EJ!

I have had John for the last 3 massages and he’s wonderful. He uses a stretching technique that works wonders for me. The spa is very nice and clean.

Wonderful massage from Carlos, he listened to my concerns. This was my first massage, I have struggled with back pain for years and I feel so much better! Brittney and Danielle at front desk very friendly and helpful when I came in to book. Overall great place. Will be back
