I have never been treated so rudely in my entire life. The woman running the counter was outright nasty and stupid. I gave her my ticket. She tells me the clothes had already been picked up. I had 16 garments. I said she was mistaken. She tells me the computer said so and it’s never wrong ( really?) After arguing with me for ten minutes I insisted that she check. She finally did and of course my clothes were still there. No apology, no admission of wrongdoing. I told her that she was very rude and I would never walk in there again. I hope they go out of business tomorrow.

They have had a change in management at LWR Cleaners. Pam the new manager is awesome. So friendly and responsive. Her attitude always makes me happy to see her early in the morning. The service is quick and easy. Dry cleaning is always ready on time and done correctly!!

Pam is one of the main reasons I get my clothes done at Lakewood. She always has a smile on her face and something funny to say. She does an excellent job!!!

I became unhappy using Greenway lately, so I tried Lakewood Ranch. I must say I was very pleased with the results! Pam Hutson is the best! She was not only courteous and professional, but did it all with a smile on her face! I will definitely be using Lakewood Ranch from now on!
