This was our first time using this company. Very satisfied with this 1st maintenance visit. Did a good job, cleaned up everything. Professional. Seemed honest. Didn't find things wrong to jack up the price. Did recommend a UV light to control mold growth inside the air handler. Will address this at a later date.
Austin was fabulous! My AC was completely down, and he knew within 30 seconds what the issue was. He explained exactly what was going on and showed me inside the unit, what needed to be replaced. He was able to solve the problem the same day and I could not be more thankful! Truly a great business, highly recommend!
The service call I placed was for my broken air-conditioning unit. The response was quick. The service technician was courtesy, explained what was going on with the unit and fixed the problem by replacing a faulty thermostat. He also checked out the rest of the unit to make sure there were no other problems. We were very pleased with the respond and timely resolution in resolving the problem. As a result, we will be sending LPAC additional business. Thank you!

I've used this company for (I think) six years now, and I've always been pleased with their service. Tonight (late August 2023 during a heat wave) my CU stopped running, and with two handicapped family members under my roof and an inside temperature hitting 85 degrees I decided it was enough of a problem to warrant paying emergency prices. Instead, a tech called me, asked me some questions, talked me through a few steps and I got the CU to come back on. No charge. I'm still going to have them come out in the morning to determine why the issue arose at all, but it'll be a LOT cheaper. The tech talked himself out of some significant overtime. Who else does that? So I'm recommending LPAC to anyone who asks.
