I love Magnolia Green Dental Care! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. Dr. Alonso is very nice, friendly, patient, detail oriented and informative. She listens to patients concerns. Her assistant Joanna is breath of fresh air! :-) Everyone made me feel so comfortable. They provide excellent service and I highly recommend them.
Everyone in the office and staff was very polite and professional. They explained what they were doing and why it was being done. Dr. Alonso was very thorough describing what was a little concerning to her, why, and what she recommended. A receptionist contacted my insurance company and explained the cost (crowns) and what the company would be billing me for. I was able to get an appointment next week. Very satisfied!
Dr. Alonso and everyone at Magnolia Green provide exceptional care. They go out of their way to explain each procedure step by step. Everyone in the practice is tremendously polite and they work well together. They show such enthusiasm for their work that they put you at ease. I highly recommend them.
These folks are true professionals !!! We have been trying for a while now to find a good dentist in the area and have seen several different dentists who could never even come close to compare to Magnolia Green Dental They are the most professional, kind and caring dentists I have ever been to. They don’t rush through nor take any short cuts on work being done. It is apparent that they take pride in what they do! If you want the best of the best you found it!
My wife was was given a quite comprehensive treatment plan for several crowns and fillings that she needed. After a near total lack of communication from them, we were able to schedule the first of what we thought would be three total appointments (two prep appointments and one final to apply the permanent crowns). Then, only after being completely numbed for the first side of temp crowns was she notified that she might have to pay out of pocket for one of them IF a cavity was found underneath an existing cracked crowns that they wanted to replace. This is not okay and should have been mentioned in one of the many phone calls we had discussing the overall treatment plan and more specifically, how our insurance would contribute for each item. This felt like a total bait and switch, as is the case with many dentists unfortunately. You ask for a cleaning and they bill your insurance for five other things. Guess we’re going to Costa Rica for some medical tourism where everything isn’t a complete rip-off
