Awful experience, got Moe’s monday bowl and burrito, and gave me very small portions on rice and chickens. Not even kidding got about 5 pieces of chicken cubes in my bowl. I asked for a little more because I thought I was getting bamboozled and they proceeded to charge me double for basically one serving of chicken. I complained about and they told its too late. Been eating Moes for about 5 years basically every week, and this the first time I felt disrespected. Never again

Food is good steady but at times it seems like items sit on the warmers too long. Serving fast food in galley style is not very productive. I've never been there on busy rush so I'm not sure if it works here. Just minor things to get you over the top .

Barely any food in the quesadilla. When asked for more meat, they charged double. The picture is of the double meat (you can see how poorly the peppers were added and how few there were). There was no bacon available, and they’ve stopped serving mushrooms. More and more, the chips are burned, and since I’m not a fan of any of their salsas, I usual have to spend on overpriced queso. Seems like, this place has overstayed its welcome in the food industry.

We are here now; Thursdaynight, Sept 5, 2019. There is an employee, probably the manager, tall guy, always here, always welcoming the guests, always in a great mood. Sets the example for the crew. What amazing comfort food done right. If this was a Monday night we would have had the same thing but at an even lower price. I love this place!!!

I’ve attempted to go in to order food 3x in the last 2 months. Each time it has been closed during times it’s posted to be open. Here was today’s lovely message on the door. This was at 3pm. Lol. How does this place stay in business? It’s a shame as I’ve had great experiences at other locations.
