Everything was excellent today, as it has been every time I am there. I appreciate the lounge before and after the appointment. Each service provider has been very good, professional and kind. The front desk staff is attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy to have found Sirius Day Spa!
Planned a special day for my sister for her special birthday. The sold me on a Diamond facial for my sister. When we got to the spa, they don’t even do them at Lakewood Ranch location. 1. The massage would not be too bad if the person doing the massage didn’t keep stopping. 2. Facial was bad. I do a better job at home. 3. Lash lift & color. She literally read the directions as she was doing it. 4. Their spa waiting room sucked. It’s more a showroom for terrible massage chairs. Save your money and go elsewhere.
I love Sirius Day Spa. Tommy is my favorite massage therapist, Kimberly is my favorite nail tech and Alison is my favorite esthitician. The services are top notch and their relaxation room with the massage chairs is the perfect place to wait for my treatments or to unwind afterwards. Id highly recommend the Lakewood Ranch or University Park location.
I’m so sad how this turned out. I called and asked if they had the donut prenatal pillow, they said yes. False. The MT said to Undress to my comfort level, and I told her that it would take me 30 seconds to be under the blanket and ready, and she took seven minutes to come back, and then smelled like Subway. 😝 She then began to apply the oil, (old smelly oil that instantly made me itch) and NEVER applied any pressure, so I asked her three times if she could please apply pressure, and she told me she could not because prenatal precautions. Say what?! I told her I had been a part of prenatal massage therapy training, and that the whole point of a massage is to release the muscles and aid in relaxation, but she refused to literally apply any pressure. I asked her to please stop after a few minutes of this because a massage had never even started, and after asking three times and being denied, I knew it was not going to get any better. Wild.
Great experience here at the Lakewood Ranch Sirius location! Exceptional customer service from Noelle at the front desk! She made sure I was aware of the first time service discount! My massager therapist, Ralph, was phenomenal and I left here feeling on cloud 9! Highly recommended!
