Let me preface this by saying, I’ve been in the dental field for 25 years. I know what to look for and what to stay away from. After taking months to do some diligence, I chose Dr. Ashley’s office. Let me also tell you, I’m a horrible patient LOL! From start to finish (making the appointment to completion of my first visit), the entire team were not only friendly but have a very high skill set (a dental assistant they can take a FMX and excellent quality, in 7 min is good ). The hygienist , Tiffany , did an excellent job in evaluating my bone and pocket depths and was detailed in her explanations. Dr. Ashley was so easy to speak to, friendly and explained what needs to be done. Although I had to leave by a specific time, they covered everything! Super office!
My 79 year old mother went to Dr. Ashley after recently moving here. His office told my mother that she had cracks in 3 of her teeth and provided her a treatment plan costing $9000. After receiving a 2nd opinion, my mother's teeth are healthy and have zero cracks. So disappointed of a professional trying to swindle an elderly person out of $9000 unnecessary dental work.
Visiting Dr. Ashley’s office was a very positive experience. Everyone was kind, patient, and friendly, which made me be immediately at ease. The office is immaculately clean and cheery, with everything very orderly. And, I was very impressed with Dr. Ashley himself - a kind, caring doctor who knows his field very well, and who can share about what is needed in terms that are easy to understand . I felt extremely confident that I was receiving excellent care.
I would give ZERO stars if I could. I had a problem tooth appointment today, left work 2 1/2 hours early to go to the appointment only to find out that KAREN did not put me on the calendar and expected me to sit there and wait behind 3 people. Completely unprofessional! I will seek dental care elsewhere!!!
I started seeing Dr Ashley when I moved to Florida last year. Previously ,I had the same dentist for 24 years so having a new dentist that would “ match up” to my previous one ... I thought would never happen. Dr Ashley met my expectations and beyond! He is an excellent dentist!!I have the up most confidence in him, along with his dental assistants and his hygienist! I am also so very pleased with the professionalism and kindness of his staff at the front desk... I tell everyone looking for a dentists about this dental practice!! 🌟x100
