Had an appointment nearby and stopped in for lunch. Many healthy salad, wrap, bowls, and quesadilla options. Each had several varieties available or you can choose your own proteins, vegetables, etc. I ordered the skinny bowl which had zucchini noodles, mushroom, broccoli, with pesto. I added chicken to it. Was really flavorful. My husband ordered a wrap and added steak. I of course opted for the smoothie with peanut butter, dates and banana to name a few of the ingredients. Outdoor and indoor seating. Prices were above average. 6/20/22 ordered some dinners from here that consistently of zucchini noodles, chicken wrap and salad with steak. Everything was healthy, fresh and tasty.
SoFresh loves up to their name - consistently. I eat here at least once a week, love the Cali bowl! I really appreciate how careful they are with dietary restrictions, too.
Absolutely Phenomenal healthy food!! I would eat here every day if I could! Definitely worth trying out!! I chose the “build your own” salad with spinach & romaine lettuce, chick peas, corn, cucumbers added grilled chicken with the balsamic vinaigrette dressing. It was a big enough portion and every bit of addicting with each bite!!
Love the food and this place. The location is great and is only about 3 minutes from my house. Unfortunately it is very overpriced. I chose my protein to be shrimp which was one of the more expensive protein options, $4.99 add on versus the others which were like $2.99. Whichever protein I chose, shrimp or not, I would’ve expected a lot more than the 8 shrimps I received. For five dollars I assumed it would be around double this amount. Next time I’ll just get this order with no protein and cook up my own $5 bag of shrimp from the grocery store and get my moneys worth.
Placed an order online. Being that this was my first experience at the restaurant I was excited to try what seemed like a way better version of chipotle. When I went into the store they told me their systems were down. The staff proceeded to discuss behind the counter that they didn’t inform their manager and it has happened before. They assured me that the first charge would not be processed but to take a picture of their manager Ryan Williams’s business card because they also only had one left in case it did. I replaced our order in store and paid for the order in store. Well go figure the first online order was charged to our card. So I gave Ryan a call to see what would be the best course of action to correct the issue. He didn’t answer. So I shot him a text explaining the situation. No text back. A couple days later still nothing. I gave him another call. No answer. Shot him a shorter obviously annoyed text of “yo bud”. No response. He then proceeded to (I’m assuming accidentally) text me what seemed to be a staples “grocery” list. Texted him back telling him that obviously didn’t help me. I’d imagine that Ryan being “family” to the founder of this restaurant probably has a strong sense of entitlement and customer service and properly trained staff isn’t a priority to Ryan or this company. Going on almost a week with no response or refund. EDIT: Still no response from this “manager”. Store employees tell me they are not allowed to/able to issue a refund. Will be reporting business.
