Love their bacon pancakes! Update: I was hungry for an Omelet today and tried the Station 400 Omelet. Wow! That is amazing! I'm speechless! Seafood doesn't go with everything (like pizza - 😳) but seafood in an Omelet is delightful! A must try. Excellent restaurant, great food, wonderful staff, highly recommend. Went back again today. I had cinnamon roll pancakes with cream cheese and maple syrup! It was delicious and not overly sweet (which I wouldn't have liked). My husband had the French dip sandwich with sweet potato fries. Our meals were wonderful and the service is great.
I have been coming to this restaurant for over 10 years. It is always fun, and consistent. I rarely wait, but I am a single person who sits at the rail bar on the expo line. I always get the Truffle eggs Benedict. I will say though I am disappointed in the lack of arugula and mushrooms and the smaller thin ham. Apparently cutting back to increase profit. However it still tastes the same and is a great breakfast! I highly recommend this place for a breakfast or lunch!
One visit to this fantastic place will make you want to add it your rotation for breakfast. All aspects of the dining experience were perfect. Went at 8 am on a Saturday, no wait. The nutella waffle topped amply with fruit was delicious and didn't need any of the additional syrup that it came with. The greek omelet was very enjoyable too. The olives were crushed and placed on top of the tzatiki sauce, which is preferable to its whole or even sliced form, for this kind of meal. The portion size is just right for not needing to take any leftovers home. It's not too hard to find a vegetarian option here. In the future we'll definitely come back for lunch! Edit: still haven't returned for lunch, but we've been back a few more times for breakfast! Everything we've had is memorably delicious, like the benedicts, French omelet, and banana pancakes.
Don’t order the avocado toast! This restaurant is very good. Lovely service and great food. However, their “avocado toast” is processed packaged guacamole on toast. Cubing a avocado and adding a little salt and olive oil isn’t difficult. In their defense this is a side and not a main dish. But if you’re going to put it on the menu, then do it right. Make it a main dish if you have to.
A friend recommended this as an excellent brunch place. She was absolutely spot on! The corned beef hash was homemade and very crispy! Cheesy grits are the bomb! And if you like eggs benedict get the smoked salmon eggs benedict. You won't be disappointed. Be sure to ask for the homemade jam to go with your gluten-free toast! It's worth the 30-minute Drive for me. Very busy before 12:30 but it tapers off after that.
