Our server was great and very attentive to our needs. The drinks are decent. They fell a little short on the food. We came for the prime rib but it was sold out by 7 pm(we understand) we went with the Delmonico Ribeye. It could have been the chef that evening but for the price we paid the steak was not the best. My burger was very delicious but I was cheated on my fries got a kids meal portion my husband also barely had much sides with his $40 steak. Price is not the issue but i expected more out of what we paid for. Will try again and hopefully have a better experience
Stonewood Grill has given a consistently good experience our last several visits. Food and service have been good to very good. I really like the oak grilled salmon here and the chocolate bread pudding is amazing. Will definitely return.
Salad and dressing was very good. I was a little disappointed in my chicken sandwich. Nice atmosphere. Good service. I probably wouldn't come back though.
Not a fan of chains but this one is so good. Had plank salmon and it is perfect. Food was hot and delicious. Service was prompt but not over bearing. Prices are modest for area and a good value for the quality of the meal. Most seating is indoor with mostly booths and dining room is not real noisy. Highly recommend!
Full disclosure, we have not eaten out for V.D. for a number of years, just too busy, etc. I have also not been to the Stonewood for a few years too, I think pre-Covid…. However, we decided to do it this year and went late to miss the crowds. We timed it right sliding in at 8.30, most were finished or finishing, so the place was only partially busy and the noise level was low. The atmosphere was good and the place was clean and service and food were great!! Our server William was very friendly and helpful with our questions about food, drinks and his suggestions were on point. We had a bottle of bubbles, the ginger glazed cedar plank salmon and a large portion of the seared ahi appetizer. The ahi comes with a sesame ginger dressing, but William suggested we try the ginger lime dressing, as well and it a good add. We had enough fun to warrant a return trip for happy hour 5 days later… got a couple of $6 cosmos each and split the large seared ahi again. And perfect timing William from the other night walked by, saw our ahi, and said “hey, did you want that side of ginger lime again?” and brought it right out before the bartender could get it.
