I took two comforters and two duvet covers in and was welcomed with very good customer service. She told me immediately the cost of these items - which was notable - and that it may take up to 5 to 6 business days. Surely enough they were finished early & I received a text and was able to pick them up in a timely manner.
Everyone who works here is very pleasant and provides great service, however the prices are so high for women’s clothing. My husband’s dress shirts cost $3 to dry clean, whereas as mine are nearly $9. I believe they should make the pricing equitable for similar pieces. Just paid nearly $30 for 2 items.
And yes if i could give zero stars, absolutely I would. Funny thing, if your review is positive they say thank you. So why aren't you calling me so we can discuss this catastrophe? Customer service goes a long way by word of mouth folks. We gave them 4 panels, measuring 84" long. They mentioned there could be some shrinkage but 7 inches, ahhh, NO. Then the best is 4 panels, and 2 are 2 inches shorter than the other 2. So my 87.00 cleaning job is useless to me, they are ruined. Gave the business a opportunity to respond and crickets. So beware. Pictures, I have many. As of 2/16 management made this right by us.thank you.
Our laundry came back clean and were done a day early. They were nicely folded and packed. On the other hand, I thought the service was expensive per pound. I have used another place in an older part of town that was a dollar cheaper per pound. I also ended up with someone else's shirt and one sock that is not ours. I hope I got everything that is mine.
I use this location in Lakewood Ranch because of the staff. Bobbi is one of the best employees I have ever dealt with. She makes sure that store is neat and functional. She is the reason I use this cleaner. Dry cleaning and wash and fold are very convenient. Highly recommend this location off of 70 and LWR Blvd.
