I just bought a home with an existing a/c unit and used a different a/c company that the previous owner used and they tried to scare me into a whole new unit. Ultimate Air came out and promised me I did not need to replace my unit! They thoroughly checked out my home, duct work, unit, filters and with their professional opinion said I didn't need a new unit. I thank them because just moving in I am bleeding money! I would highly recommend them!
It was a warrantee issue. They were very professional and explained the process so I did not feel left out. Great communication throughout.

Unfortunately, our builder chose another AC company to install our airconditioing and dehumidifiers in our new home. We have had 2 years of disasters from them disconnecting a draIn pipe and flooding a room and collapsing a ceiling, to incorrectly installing all of the units and not being able to correct the numerous problems they created. We have had $900 per month electric bills due to their mistakes which they have been unable to recognize much less fix. Fortunately, we found Ultimate Air. Ryan and his crew came in and fixed everything totally screwed up by the first company. Very expensive but considering all the time and work required, I think it was very reasonable. Ultimate Air is reliable, they know what they are doing, they do it well. They are exceptionally neat and clean. They communicate well with customers and are always on time. Best AC company I have ever dealt with.
