First time in, beautiful warm interiors. Staff is friendly and professional. Very calm experience and I usually dread going to see dentist. They made me feel comfortable and relaxed. They've got state of the art equipment. I highly recommend! Best dentist I've been to since moving here 22 years ago.
This dental office is amazing! As soon as you walk in the doors the front staff greats you with a smile and truly seem to care. Susmitha my hygienist makes me feel super comfortable, is very thorough and even remembers details about me when it’s time to come back for my next cleanings. Dr. Silliman takes great care of me and any concerns I have. I also recently had the ZOOM whitening done and the difference is insane!!! Kenny and Lauren did a great job taking care of me during the process. If you’re looking for gentle dentistry, a clean dental office and a caring doctor university parkway dental is the best choice! I’ve found my forever dentist
I do have something powerful to write. I am a very strong, independent and adventurous. woman. I swim with sharks, I Kayak with alligators, and I work in the operating room. But I have severe panic attacks going to the dentist. If it wasn’t for Kenny I would never go. He’s gentle, kind, professional, and is very patient. The entire staff is always welcoming and attentive and compassionate to my anxiety. I will always choose university dental! Amy McClanahan.
Best dental experience ever. Kenny is personable & professional. He is very knowledgeable and offers his own experiences, making himself a relatable and trustworthy dental hygienist. Further, the front office staff is kind and welcoming. The entire experience is 5+ stars.
The lobby was very nice and inviting, and the office staff was very friendly and helpful. The hygienist was great and explained everything very well, I really enjoyed the cleaning. However, the doctor was not nearly as pleasant as everyone else. The doctor was nice enough, but no small talk, how are you, any problems, etc. Then I was told that all the work done previously in GA and NC throughout the course of my 38 years needed to be redone. The overall diagnosis was 3 cavities and 6 fillings that needed to be replaced, and possible crowns. Now, this information is new to me. I am new to the area (since July 2022) and came from a dentist that I had been visiting for a solid 10 years. My last appointment with them was last year, and the last diagnosis from them was "watching one spot". It is hard for me to believe that I need the extensive work that developed over the course of a year. I had one other place do something similar back in 2011, and it seemed that they were just trying to get extra money. Now, my appointment was at 3:30 and I finished at 5:00. Maybe the doctor was ready to go home or possibly in a bad mood, but I am not sure. Everyone has those days and I get that. With all of this being said, I may possibly go back for a cleaning in 6 months, but it is doubtful. However, I can say that they will absolutely not be doing any work on my mouth.
