I loved my injector and would like to return but I’m concerned about the hygiene of the spa, The floors were not vacuumed or swept, no tissues on the table or not sanitary precaution for covid guidelines.the bathroom was messy also. I prepaid and liked the staff but next time I go and it’s the same I will have to ask for a refund and go elsewhere. I hope that won’t happen!

I had dysport done at this location a little less than a month ago and went back after two weeks because I still had very noticeable lines on my forehead. I was told when I got my original service that if I didn’t like anything or needed more I could come back for a touch up. When meeting with the girl she told me I still had lines because I waited too long in between. I am 41 years old and have been getting Botox or dysport since I was 27. This is the only time that I have still had lines. Needless to say I already have movement in my forehead and it hasn’t even been 30 days. I am out of town now, but have already talked to another med spa, and will be going there when I return home to have this corrected. It’s just disappointing because it was a very convenient location for me and the girl was friendly, but it is honestly the poorest quality injection service I have ever had and now I have to go somewhere else and pay to get it done properly.
I would recommend going to a dermatologist over a place like VMS. Their turn over is ridiculous, and, as a result, they hire very young women with no experience. If you complain about the outcome, the manager will speak with you, but not in a way that would indicate she has any customer service training. She argued with me that "I was told that I had two weeks to come back to make it right". If you insist that wasn't the case, she will come unglued. When I attempted to explain that my grandson was in ICU for 6 weeks and I couldn't make it back within the two weeks (although I was never told this), she began to tell me how much worse her own personal life was. Is this who VMS wants representing their business? I merely wanted to be heard and dealt with fairly, and I was treated as someone trying to pull a fast one. This happened at the UTC mall location. I paid $900 and was not happy with the results... and this manager couldn't have cared less. She lost a good repeat customer with me. There are plenty of other reputable places out there, steer clear of this place.
